Allen comes with over 18 years of design experience with a focus on brand design and strategy, conceptual development, visual positioning, creative direction, retail, graphic & packaging design and illustration.
Allen has spearheaded creative on a diverse range of successful national and international brands specializing in beauty, consumer packaged goods, fashion, home care, food and beverage, spirits and luxury spaces. He has been responsible for all aspects of strategy and creative for a broad range of brands while executing packaging, print, illustration, copy direction, photo shoot direction, sales materials, marketing, social and digital assets. He brings his global design experience and collaborative nature to the table to push the creative boundaries.
Creating beautiful stories for brands and translating business and marketing objectives into bold design solutions is his passion. With work experience from New York City, San Francisco and Atlanta, he has spearheaded creative on a diverse range of successful national and international brands including Estee Lauder, Sephora, Ulta, Marni, Donna Karan, Unilever Brands, P&G beauty brands, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Diageo, Ciroc, Godiva and Johnnie Walker. He was the creative lead behind Dove for Men. His experience with in-house creative departments and design agencies bring a strong point of view in delivering work that meets business objectives while providing strategic stellar creative. He is currently the Senior Creative Director for HauteHouseBrands.
